Return & Refund Policy
At Falconer Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return
- Request a Return Authorization: Please contact our Customer Service team at falconergolf@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible). Include your original receipt or order confirmation in the package.
- Shipping the Return: Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it’s been processed.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order through our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at falconergolf@outlook.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement.
International Returns
- For orders outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. International returns must comply with the same conditions as domestic returns.
